Meet Chad and Crystal Hirschi, Founders

Chad and Crystal were high school sweethearts and were married in November of 1996. They have three children, a daughter and son-in-law, and three grandbabies. They are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and as members, they know the importance of service and caring for others. We should look through the Lens of Jesus Christ and see those others as he does, as we all are beloved sons and daughters of God. This focus is what really drives their efforts as they hope to create opportunity through education, community, international connection, and service.

Chad and Crystal share a favorite Greek proverb that says, “A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” One may never understand the impact they have on another life because when one life changes, then generations change. Chad and Crystal know that opportunity CAN and WILL change lives. They know that support through encouragement, education, and mentorship impacts lives, and they know that international development will spark communities with empowerment and transform lives.

One must never forget the hands that helped them succeed, and the best way to show gratitude is to pass on the success that one has been given.
