In February of 2022, Executive VP Crystal Hirschi was sworn in as the Vice Chair for the city of North Las Vegas’s first education advisory committee and was appointed by Mayor John Lee. The purpose of the Education Advisory Committee is to serve in an advisory capacity to the North Las Vegas City Council and to assist in accomplishing the transformational educational goals of the City Council.
In November 2023, Executive VP Crystal Hirschi was sworn in for a second term as committee chairwoman and appointed by Mayor Pamela Goynes Brown.
