There was an article written that a child’s development is like a blank computer from ages 1 to 3. What you place on the blank canvas has a lasting impact on a child’s development. At Hirschi, we know the importance of keeping our children safe from such negative impressions, so when the City of NLV reached out again with another elementary school needing fencing, we didn’t hesitate.
